a) Purchase & Payment

You select desired packs/modules and pay via the provider’s website using secure online payment gateways.

First purchase may include a shipping fee; subsequent live purchases may earn a free-shipping coupon.
b) Providing Streaming Details

Providers often ask for your Twitch/TikTok username (entered in a “Company” or metadata field) so they can validate your order and track the stream.
c) Live Event Participation

You’re expected to join the stream at the scheduled time.

Some providers only open your packs if you attend or have made prior arrangements.
d) Shipping & Fulfillment

After the live opening, cards are packaged and shipped (usually within 1–2 business days), with tracking provided.

If you plan future purchases and wish to combine shipments, your order can be stored in a secure box under your name until you're ready to ship.
e) Refunds & Cancellations

Providers reserve the right to decline orders or refuse cancellation, especially after the live rip has occurred.

Generally, no refunds once the rip completes, unless the product is damaged or there’s a legal obligation under Australian Consumer Law.
f) Packaging, Liability & Condition

Items are handled with care, but providers typically disclaim liability for damage after shipping; customers can track via the courier’s system

For hybrids like Shop & Ship, shipments may be opened or inspected by the provider (e.g., Aramex) without liability.
Consumer Protections Under Australian Law
Since these are consumer transactions in Australia:

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) applies—goods must be of acceptable quality, match descriptions, and be fit for purpose. You’re entitled to remedies like refunds or replacements for faulty items.

These guarantees cannot be excluded in T&Cs—even providers disclaiming liability can't override ACL

When it comes to placing orders we can hold for up to 1 week after purchase. if shipping is not paid after the 1 week period that order will be forfeited and no longer available. NOTE it is not up to us to chase you for shipping.
